Meeting God in his word opens up his people to receive comfort in the midst of affliction.

The psalmist says in Psalm 119 that "the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart". As we look at Psalm 119 we see a constant theme for joy in the Lord. The story of the Bible tells us that only through a relationship with Jesus can we know pure and true joy.

As we meet God through his word we find that we gain wisdom to navigate life.

God's word is said to revive the soul. This idea speaks to the greatest need that we have as humans, to be right with God. As we explore Psalm 119 we discover our desperate need, God's gracious provision and what a grateful response truly looks like.

Through Psalm 19 and 119 we will encounter the richness and power of God's Word. We open by setting the table, searching the Word of God to find the heart of God.

As we close of the book of John, Jesus' final interactions with his disciples weave together his I AM statements and give disciples confidence to follow him.

Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life. This is a fact that has changed our world and our lives forever! Do you believe this?
