Sarah works as a licensed therapist/counselor in the Grand Rapids area. Her years of engaging with and encountering different levels of anxiety and depression help us shed some light on our mental health during the COVID time frame.

Stress: Activates anxiety BUT His grace is sufficient, His power made perfect in my weakness.

Anxiety: Risk without resource, OR Risk with the ultimate champion and resource.
